Detailed Service Information
General Telehealth Consultation — $45
Speak with a fully qualified Australian GP from the comfort of your home. Our general consultation covers a wide range of non-emergency medical concerns including cold and flu, urinary tract infections, skin conditions, allergies, chronic disease management, and general health advice.
What's included: video or phone consultation with an AHPRA-registered GP, clinical assessment and diagnosis, treatment advice, prescriptions via eScript sent directly to your phone, specialist referrals and pathology requests if needed, and a follow-up care plan.
Medical Certificates — $19
Need a medical certificate for work or study? Our GPs can assess your condition and issue a valid medical certificate during a brief telehealth consultation. Certificates are emailed to you immediately after the appointment.
Available for personal illness or injury, carer's leave, and short-term health conditions. All certificates comply with Fair Work Australia standards and are accepted by employers, universities, and institutions nationwide.
Online Prescriptions (eScripts) — $39
Get your prescription digitally within minutes. Our GPs can prescribe medications for a range of conditions and send an electronic prescription (eScript) directly to your phone via SMS — redeemable at any Australian pharmacy.
Commonly prescribed: chronic condition medications (blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, thyroid), antibiotics, oral contraceptives, allergy treatments, and skin treatments. Our doctors cannot prescribe Schedule 8 medications (opioids, benzodiazepines) via telehealth, in accordance with TGA regulations.
Mental Health Telehealth — $90
Get professional mental health support from a GP who understands. Our longer mental health consultations give you time to discuss your concerns in a safe, confidential environment from the privacy of your home.
Your GP can help with: depression and anxiety assessment, stress and burnout, sleep difficulties, Mental Health Treatment Plans (enabling up to 10 Medicare-subsidised psychology sessions per year), medication management, and referrals to psychologists and psychiatrists. You don't need to be in crisis to seek help.
After-Hours Doctor — $100
Medical concerns don't keep business hours — and neither do we. Our after-hours telehealth service connects you with a qualified GP during evenings, weekends, and public holidays when your regular clinic is closed.
Common after-hours consultations: urgent infections (UTIs, ear, throat, sinus), pain management (migraines, back pain), illness (cold, flu, gastro), prescription refills, and medical certificates. For life-threatening emergencies, call 000 immediately.
Blood Tests & STI Screening — $39
Need a blood test or STI check? Our GPs can assess your needs via telehealth and issue a digital pathology referral. Take the referral to any pathology collection centre across Australia.
Tests available: STI screening (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B and C), routine blood panels, cholesterol and lipid profiles, blood glucose and HbA1c, thyroid function, and iron studies. Results are reviewed by your GP with a follow-up consultation available.
