MyGPonline is operated by Family Doctor Pty Ltd (ABN 87 156 304 657), an Australian-owned healthcare company with deep roots in general practice. Family Doctor Pty Ltd also operates a network of physical GP clinics across Australia, giving us a unique understanding of both in-person and digital healthcare delivery.
We launched MyGPonline to solve a simple problem: too many Australians were delaying medical care because they couldn't get a timely GP appointment. Our platform removes that barrier by making quality healthcare accessible from any location in Australia, at any time of day.
Our Doctors
Every doctor on MyGPonline is:
- AHPRA-registered — holding current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Fully qualified — with medical degrees from accredited Australian and international universities
- Experienced — our GPs bring years of clinical experience across general practice, emergency medicine, and specialist areas
Our doctors undergo regular credentialing reviews and participate in ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required by the Medical Board of Australia.
